Anyone bought a BB GMT from Goldsmiths southampton? Check your paperwork

This is a very long shot but might save someone a lot of hassle if they need warranty work.

Just bought a watch from a crappy online seller and theyve given me the wrong paperwork. With no help from them ive found out that the watch was sold by the southampton branch of Goldsmiths. Wont post the actual card for obvious reasons but if your paperwork doesnt match the watch, give me a shout. Might help me get the correct paperwork for my watch as well.

Sadly it more than likely that their incorrect paperwork is just sitting in a box somewhere but cant hurt to ask around here.

Well, I at least hope the online seller has refunded you some of the money since you now have a watch without papers when it was sold as with papers. The watch was misrepresented and they should allow you to return it if that were your prerogative.

I’m giving the seller a few more days. Sent my last email this morning and not had a reply. Only fair to give him a few more days before digging in for a fight. Then he can’t complain that I’ve been unreasonable.
