How many diamonds on factory 31MM datejust bezel?

Sorry to start a new thread but i screwed up my last one and couldn't edit the post. I'm looking for diamond count of an authentic mid size lady datejust factory bezel. I believe its 42 or 44 diamonds but unsure. I saw the excellent thread that covered factory diamond bezels extensively but i don't think the 31mm was discussed there. Thanks for any info

I'm in the market for a bezel and prefer factory of course. Of the ones claiming to be authentic, I've not been able to find any consistency.

I did, which is where I got 44 from if I recall, but I also wonder if it's an actual representation vs some generic scaled imaged or something. I'd be happier to get confirmation from someone who actually has one. I'm also still uncertain if there was any variance across the years.

So looking again, I do see the majority of claimed factory 31MM bezels including on Rolex site to be 46 count. I saw a few with 44, FWIW, but I'm going to focus on 46.

I see almost universally 48 count on the aftermarket ones, i.e. greater quantity, smaller point diamonds.

Just looked on watch finder they have one genuine and it has 46 if that helps
