What is this vintage piece?

I saw y the his DJ today it’s a vintage 1601 as far as I know in pink gold and I think it’s rare,
What do you guys think?
What is it worth?
And would you go for such a piece?

I would say that a vintage RG TT 1601 brings an extra value of about +25% over a regular YG TT 1601. This example however has seen better days when it comes to condition. The bracelet is all stretched out, the lugs are thin and the bezel is wore down.

Another issue is that the dial and hands are both in YG...
