Looks to be an Oyster 6564 Brevet with a 1030 caliber (should be 25 jewels for the COSC movement).

34mm case with a perished dial would have been worth about $4K in proper condition. Looks to have $2K worth of work ahead of it assuming the movement isn’t corroded.

The mildew on the dial often occurs when seals have perished and sat a long while - or had moisture intrusion.

The watch runs perfect and has been serviced with all new gaskets etc. The only issue is the face.

Good deal - then the work to get a replacement dial could be less.

Or keep it as-is and name it “Survivor”.
Would love to know the life it’s led.
