New Style Datejust

What are your opinions on the new style two-tone datejust, vs. the two-tone datejust 15 years ago?

Personally, I am not a fan of the stick dial lumes being so big, and I also prefer the old-style case. However, I think that the SEL and the heftier bracelet is certainly a plus for the new style datejust.

Well, there are so many different dials available for the DJ, you can't dislike all of them I haven't worn the TT model myself, but I do own the SS model, and it is a very well put together watch. The bracelet and clasp oozes quality, and the watch is just the right weight - heavy enough for you to know it's there, light enough for it to be exceptionally comfortable. In defence of the baton dials, I think they are more practical than the previous generations, and I'd guess they'd be easier to read at night. The fluted bezel that they use on the current is particularly attractive as well, has a bit more presence than previous references.

Love the bracelets but don't care for the bigger case. I'm sure it will grow on me sooner or later.
