Any idea what percentage of business Rolex accounts for at small independent jewelry stores? Would this potentially put them out of business?

Such disappointing news. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I was fortunate enough to buy 3 amazing models from them. The entire staff was professional, courteous and genuinely wanted to help. When I spoke with Amy on Tuesday, she informed me about Rolex terminating their franchise. I felt terrible for them. It’s the nature of the beast to be on borrowed time with the mother ship but it doesn’t make it any less painful when your business is cannibalized when you lose Rolex. I can’t imagine how they can survive but hope they prove me wrong. Rolex was probably 80 percent of their business. Loyalty means nothing to Rolex from the old mainstays who supported your brand in lean and robust times.
