At what point does it become vintage?

Trying to parse “modern vintage” or “discontinued vintage” or “older vintage” or pick some number of years is difficult at best. There is a wide, diverse set of “vintage taxonomy” by collectors.

The class of a dated object with reference to era of production or use: 4-digit vs 5-digit models...

Representing the high quality of a past time: long forgotten elegant designs...

Old-fashioned or obsolete: orphaned by Rolex by RSC decking to service (when no parts are being made)...

Wine from a particular harvest or crop: the best use case for using the word “vintage”...

My definition of a vintage is a very long time, starting from 30yrs.
