Rolex Genève information

I'm very interested on a Rolex Genève but I wasn't able to discover much information on this particular model.
Is it a Cellini? period? movement? known problems? value? history?
Thanks
EC

From the photo, the movement appears to be labeled Caliber 850 which was introduced in the mid-1930s; you may have better luck posting your enquiry in the vintage forum. It is a handsome piece.

It's weird being the same age as old people.
