CHKING :watchout or watchseller :)
my colleague bought a vintage midsize speedking from bestseller$$$$
96% rating seller. paypally paid on 1st april emailed few times, said parcel on itz way,... sent circa 10th april as per ebay, USD30 for usps priority mail int'l,... current email from seller says parcel sent 4days after payment received. And he says something is wrong with postal,...??? he has not provided any USPS tracking number for the delivery,... he says airmail to my country. AFAIK, all has tracking #s!!! i have bought quite many items, and from the USA, it takes abt 10days to reach. Non-expedited mail, though,... anyone care to comment??? maybe give it a day or two,... then file a case??? |

Seller looks solid but has several negative feedbacks for selling watches "not as described" i.e.....BROKEN (but they were shipped).
Hopefully your friend paid w/Paypal. Give it a couple more days... |

yup, he paid with paypal,... no worries, i know paypal protects,... but he is nuts not having his own rolex on his wrist at the moment,...  another different case, a newbie friend, bid and won a patek philippe only to know that it is a fake china,... seller advert and sold using swiss language,... now my friend is backing off,... current scenario : money hasnt been paypalled, item also not shipped,... they are in the ebay resolution centre now, talking. buyer says he does not want the item seller says the ad didnt say it is original pp buyer says the ad didnt mention it is fake seller will lodge a complaint to ebay question: what will most likely happen? will paypal overide and charge the buyer with the amount? anyway, the pp last bid was abt USD900!!! we actually can buy one fake pp for abt USD9 or 20 here, sighhh,... |

Buyer only needs to bring to the attention of Ebay that the seller is admitting to being a Fake, by saying he did not "say it is original."...
Should be ruled on the buyer's end. If the seller receives a negative feedback, the resolution should clear it up... |
