Polishing 16610s
How much does a solid professional polish hurt any value in the 16610 models? Specifically 2002+. Something to be concerned about or not as long as all factory lines/bevels/chamfers are retained?

It depends on the condition of the watch and how many times it has been polished.
Is it a one-owner watch? full set? how is the bezel? are there any nicks and gouges in the case? only light scratches? do you plan to sell it? Many questions are to be made before you polish it, it's not as simple as a yes or no. |

For collectible, and impossible to get rare vintage watches, some collectors prefer original condition, but this is an exception.

I have a 2008 16610. I’ll never polish mine. It’s the perfect tool watch and to me it looks better with age.

doesn't hurt the value as well as it's polished well. Make sure he didn't have it polished by someone who shouldn't be polishing a Rolex.
