Picked up a PAM 250

Never thought I would own one of these, but I picked up a Pam 250 today and i'm loving it. It fits very comfortably despite being such a large watch, and I really appreciate the tools it comes with for changing straps with ease. I guess that's why they've developed such a "strap culture" if there is such a thing. Anyways, here is a quick wrist shot I took on my cell phone.

That's pretty cool - I've never seen a Daylight in person. I'm not sure how I feel about the bezel, but again, things change once you check it out in the flesh...enjoy it!

Very cool!

What does that button do on the left side? Is it a HE valve?

Not a Chrono guy BUT thats beautiful....

Makes me wonder why anyone buys a Daytona when there
is a beautiful Panerai chrono that had the date function Rolex
is missing...

Congrats and wear it in great health!

Very nice. I have the 236 and often wear it on a strap. It is a nice addition to your collection.

Thanks for the comments everyone! I've really been enjoying the watch, havn't taken it off yet (except to sleep). I noticed last night that the date clicked literally right at midnight, maybe a second later. I'm pretty impressed by that, I have a lot of watches that switch within a minute or less, but not bang on. I also like how the minute chrono counter clicks in one minute intervals, instead of gradually over one minute. Maybe that's common with chonos, i'm not too familiar with them since I only own one other (and all the chrono hands on the small dials sweep instead of click).

Oh and that button on the left side at 10 o'clock is the date change button, not a helium release valve :) The crown only pulls out one position to change time.

Here are a couple more shots from my Blackberry:
