Bringing up Grey dealers during AD visit #2

This is how I got my Daytona at retail. I had originally bought grey and ended up returning it to the grey dealer after noticing some shoddy polishing on what was supposed to be an unworn example. I had even shown my AD my new pick up and he was bummed to hear that it didn't work out. A month later, I got the text for the one I have now at retail. He saw my commitment to owning the watch and bumped me to the top of his list. I got their only black dial 116500 of 2020.

I tell them the truth. It's happened with two Rolex watches which I couldn't get listed for. On both occasions they offered to authenticate them.
