Anyone else have a bullhead?
I picked this one up recently
Loving the quirkiness and it’s nice to have something a bit different. |

Very cool piece! I don't have one but certainly appreciate it. I really would like a Ploprof, the original reissue from a few years back. That and this Bullhead are iconic Omega pieces.

I do not have an Omega Bullhead, but I have owned Bullheads and think they are very cool!

Love the ploprof and bullhead but have owned neither. Bold is an understatement for both.
I have read about the ploprof but need to read up on the bullhead. No shortage of wrist presence on either |

i have been mostly a rolex fan.....only got into omega when somewhere i read that any serious collector had a winder moonwatch. And while researching omegas i fell in love with them. So i bought a traditional moonwatch on a ss bracelet. Kept watching and i got a PO with the orange bezel at a shop with a deepsea/seadweller next to it on my wrist....got the PO.
a year or so later, i had the opportunity to put a daytona on and....was thoroughly un impressed. i thought 'how do you read this f....898er while your hand is ont he wheel. then i saw the bullhead.....its perfect! I wear it so its a bit loose and its front and center while i drive and its iconic and classic. I cant understand why its depreciated in value since i bought it new, but i think the reissue will be big...big.... in the future. What, they made 900 of these or something? the only downside for these is i cant find a different strap that has the gap for the rotating bezel....id love a stainless or a racing strap with bigger holes in it. drtom btw: have a proplof.....love it..... |

I bought mine on the Rubber and had the Omega Boutique source the bracelet. IIRC: about $800 and took about 3-4 weeks to arrive. Don't bother hunting online, go to the REAL Omega boutique closest and have them order one. Putting this here for future reference for the Part Number: 020STZ015599 (24mm Mesh - Steel + Clasp)
