Submersible - bracelet
Can you put an official Panerai bracelet on a Submersible that originally came on a strap?
Asking as the website says the bracelets are only for the Luminor, but I've seen Submersibles with bracelets. Many thanks and apologies if this is a silly question! ![]()

Most subs are 47 mm....and most bracelets came on 44mm refs. So technically no....unless you find a 44 mm sub and use a bracelet. There are a few, but most current subs are 47, with some 42 mm offerings of late as well. Subs are really better suited to rubber, leather, diver straps etc though IMHO. I think they would look a bit odd on a bracelet, but that's just me.

Thanks for the response chris and apologies for the slow reply.
I have been looking at the Panerai website and have seen that this Sub comes on a bracelet and is 42mm : https://www.panerai.com/gb/en/collec...blu-notte.html The Sub I'm interested in is this one which is also 42mm: https://www.panerai.com/gb/en/collec...le---42mm.html Are you sure I couldn't source the bracelet from the former watch and put it on the latter? Sorry not trying to doubt you just want to be 100% sure I can't get it on a bracelet Cheers ![]()

i spoke with the NY boutique, and they said that the bracelet that is coming with the 1068 (42mm blu notte) will be available to be indepdently purchased around the fall, and can be fitted to any 42mm submersible case. I didnt ask about 47mm subs.

Good to know. I have a 683 that I wouldn’t mind having a bracelet for.

I have a 959 and wouldn’t mind having a bracelet as well. I wonder how much it is going to cost?

Can anyone do a photoshop with the bracelet on a 959? Using the picture under The Basics section.
https://www.hodinkee.com/articles/pa...mm-introducing I am trying to visualize how the bracelet will look with the grey shark dial.
