What is the correct type insert for a 1969 meters first 5513?

Hello,
I recently purchased a 1969 5513 with a meters first dial. Serial number 201xxxx. It has a service insert and I would like to get the correct insert for it. From another post, several people said it should be a long 5 Mk2, but I found another post that said the long 5 Mk2 ended in 1968. If that is the case, should it be an early Mk3? Or could it have come with either version? Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks, John
