My first question, here goes ...

I am looking into buying a sub date black steel pref rehaut without the bracelet and to use a NATO strap.

Do you think dealers normally can offer the watch only? If so, what would it cost say percentage wise of whole watch?

I don't think so. Rolex doesn't like to alter their pieces. Good luck!
