Seeking Suggestion: Vintage Military Watch
Hello TRF,
I'm looking to get into the vintage match space and I'm seeking a suggestion for military style that's waterproof and ideally Swiss made. Brand doesn't matter, I'm more drawn to the ruggedness and patina of the old military styles. To give a better idea of what I'm looking for the vintage Enicar's have caught my eye and of course the military Submariner's (although way out of my budget!). Any other brands or models would be much appreciated! |

IWC Porsche Design Ocean 2000 Bund if you want a cold-war military diver. There have been various variants depending on intended use (special forces divers, anti mine divers, etc) including the AMAG with a fully amagnetic automatic movement. Hard to find but except for the AMAG more affordable than a mil Sub.
https://revolutionwatch.com/special-...ref-3519-amag/ Heuer Bund chrono if you prefer a military chrono. Lots available for fairly little money. |
