5513 Bart Simposn opinion

Dear community, I'm on my journey to find a good 5513 Bart Simpson dial and found this one, which I like.
I kindly ask your valued opinion on it, especially on the dial, since I know that those last units are difficult to find with dials in acceptable condition and/or with no significant flaws, even if sometimes considred an added value (star dust variant, rust, stains, etc). As far as I’m aware, it should be one of the latest ones (1.566XX, II67).
Thank you so much in advance for your kind help.
Regards
