But, even with the size of the pics, I do think you are correct on the case refinish, given the shiny polished sides and clearly defined chamfers in contrast with that scratched and faded insert. Not a 16700, looks like a 16750. All depends on price but you need better pictures to get any feedback.

As with all things, it comes down to price. If it was 8k, sure. If its 16k, their are better options.
