Interesting that HZAC warrants have been inching up while common shares have remained $9.85-$10 during the same 4 weeks

Exactly, I think a run to $120ish is VERY reasonable. I don't think it is a home run but a small victory nonetheless.

This is very common for SPACs fyi (esp for low volume), underlying is usually pegged to $10 while warrants see more of the appreciation. IE we saw the same for CLBT prior to it de-spac. The real question is what happens after HZAC merges, I will trim on day of merger just incase we see what happened with UP and the infamous death despac. Could go either way, especially as the hunt for more recovery plays increases and people have an alternative to LiveNation.

Been digesting this chip shortage news and really don’t think it will affect TSM as much as others. We may end up with more of a single/double here..

TSM is the source and they will continue to run their production at full capacity no matter what. There was a period in early summer where Taiwan experienced drought for about 6-8 weeks. It is my understanding that there was enough water set aside for TSM during that time though. The other potential for a downside is that price increases did not get announced and implemented early enough.

Anyway, we will find out Thu premarket. I will be looking to add if there is a dip.

HZAC popped $0.85. 400K already from a 517K avg daily. Doubled my stake from yesterdays from that DKNG announcement.. Guess I should have bought more
