Red Rolex Box? Can anyone ID this?

Found this locally at a shop.
At first I thought it was for a Cellini or Women's watch but I can't find a photo of another one of these.

No markings, just says Rolex on the outside and inside, and "111R" sharpied on the inside.

Anyone know what this is for?
