A football field is 360 feet.

At 150 MPH he is going around 220 feet per second.

And impaired, to boot. He is 22 years old.

The human brain does not mature until later in a persons 20s and impulse control and adult decision making is one of the things to mature last.

So sad.

I am trying to think of a word to describe this, but none seem to come close, horrible, terrible, tragic? None really come close. I was a young Navy Fighter Pilot with a Corvette once, probably as cocky as he was, but I did not drink and drive. Hey, he worked hard to get where he was, rich and somewhat famous and a player in the most popular sport in the US, if he wants to go out and get rip-roaring drunk, have at it! But for the love of GOD, take a taxi, Uber, have a friend with, hire a personal driver, but don’t drink and drive. Well, too late now.
