That's the way I dress every day. I just don't have any $50,000 watches.

I rock the 116515 OF casual all the time. It almost feels like it was designed for the versatility.

I usually wear suits after dark, but with COVID I haven't put a suit on in 9 months. It is my first RG piece and I had the same goal - I wanted something that could go both dressed up and dressed down. Funny enough, I haven't worn it dressed up yet.

Side story, I bought a 228238 DayDate 40 in March and I have worn it once because it's too dressy. Point being, the 116515 is great for dressing down.

I’d assume the OP made his decision since it’s been a couple years :)
Congratulations on acquiring a beautiful Daytona ! Assuming it wasn’t $45.00 ?

I am in the market for a rolex on rubber. I have a hulk and recently got a bluesy. I absolutely love the gold (although I was not a gold guy before). I am now feeling like my hulk and bluesy are very similar. So I am thinking to move it on for something gold on rubber.

I am debating between the 116655 and the 116515 on OF. I dress mostly casual...shorts, jeans on sneakers. I know the 116655 looks great on casual clothes, but it is similar to the sub. Enter the 116515. Pictures make it seem quite dressy. Can anyone post pictures of it on casual clothes? Trying to do some recon before making another move.
Why anyone would think that wearing any Rolex watch is based on whatever a person is wearing or not wearing defeats me.
