Very good vintage condition case with thick and even lugs and crown guards. Clear numbers.

Dial is original, with original hands. Nice light cream patina.

Original bezel insert with slightly faded colors.

Original Rolex 78790 GMT bracelet with 11 links, X date code, and 501B ends.

No box or papers.
