questinable gmt master on the bay
scroll down and look at the serial numbers that the seller has posted..they do not correspond with the appropriate series/year(s) it should be..
I e-mailed the seller who says that those are the numbers..so in that case this watch would have to be a fake.. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...id=p2761.l1259 |

Interesting that the seller says it has a "sapphire crystal" . Its highly doubtful that a watch with that serial number would have that crystal. Acrylic yes sapphire no. Where is buddy Orchi.

The magnification looks off, my Sub that I'm wearing now has much bigger date showing.

I noticed that the cyclops looked odd also but thought it might be the angle the photo was taken. If anything the crystal is not original and is an aftermarket replacement non rolex item.

It's hard to tell much from the photos, but based on the seller's response to Steve's question, it has many replacement parts or is fake.

Err buddies...sorry for late response.
Looking at the listing Lazy description n blur distant pics...pains the eyes! It would seem that the Seller is NOT serious...n the listing is filled with doubts... A watch with 3xx,xxx serials should NOT have the kind of setup... n features of a later sapphire crystal model like 16700...16760 or 16710... by comparisons from the blur pics in the listing... Orchi calls it...misrepresentation n questionable...! |
