What time does your DayDate 40 change day and date?

I am quite sure mine changed every night at around 12:15am .. but last week the date did not change.. so I wind it up n kept wearing it and now it change both day n date at 1:50am.. should I be concerned? Is my watch due for service? I also notice it is 3/4 min slow in around 3 weeks.

Thank you for your kind feedbacks!

Take care

10 seconds slow per day seems off... what was it running at before and did it just suddenly change?

Mine changes within 5 min of midnight. Something seems wrong.

A little over 2 seconds +/- is not bad at all. I'd say under 2 or so is likely average and you're within a standard deviation of that.

There's a little cam for the day changeover and you'd need a full service to adjust it. Not worth it. Maybe in 10 years...

Mine changes well after midnight, but keeps very good time. I think it's quite minor and I'll live with it, but I very well understand the desire to have it perfect.

What year is your DD40? If its from 2015/1016 most likely its got the late date change issue which was very very common with the new 3255 movements.

I had to send mine into RSC for a 2016 dated DD40. Search this forum there are heaps of ppl that experienced it.

Rolex thankfully fixed them all up silently as time passed because it wouldn't look good having movement issues on their Pinnacle Model. RSC will know what the issue is just take it to them.

Mine used to change around 01:30am
