Is Tudor 79360, the new chrono a great watch?

hello fellow watch lovers, my AD had offered the new Tudor Chrono reverse panda to me today. I am hesitate bc the thickness of the watch and its resale vale.... What do you think about the watch, please share your thoughts.

Thank you :)

The watch appears to be an afterthought to you. Keep it that way. No need to waste “valuable investment” money.

I just picked one up last week and it's great. I'm just waiting for the leather strap/buckle as I am not a fan of the Nato strap.

I thought it would be too big but it is very comfortable on the wrist. Size comparison to the 116500 below.

If you have to worry about the resale value, then you better not buy it.

Here's mine on aftermarket rubber strap.

Its a BIG No ! from me, been offered several and turned them all down. Its to thick to wear comfortably for me, its not that special IMHO and the number Tudor are knocking out the door they should be cheaper.

Concerns about the thickness I can understand, but I'm not sure why you'd want to buy something if you're immediately thinking about "resale value". To me that's like asking your wife on your wedding night who's going to get the house when you divorce.

Save your money for something you do want.

Date kills it for me. Hate dates on chronos.

The thickness doesn't bother me at all. Then again I also wear a SD43.

I think if your AD offers it to you, the least you can do is go there and try it in person and see if you like it. Keep an open mind. The watch is great IMHO, but whether it's great on you is up to you, and there's no way to find out unless you go there and some some time on your wrist.

If resale is your major concern don't buy it. Size is a personal choice.

I want one just to add a second Chrono to my collection. I can’t wear my speedy as hard as the tudor. I kinda like the gold and black idk like to try one on some day.

I just picked up the 79360N and it’s pretty awesome.
I’ve previously owned the Big Block 79170, the Tudor Tiger 79260, and now this one...I think they modernized it to give us a splash of bling. I wish the bracelet would taper down like a traditional oyster, but it certainly does the trick as it is. It’s definitely a fun timepiece to strap on.
