The case on the suspect listing appears laser etched. Notice the placement of the "6"s between the "OL" in ROLEX.

It does look real to me.
Since this was a very short run, Rolex may have added the last 0 as an after thought. Shees if this is real its worth at least $8000 or more. |

Not sure why somebody would add a 0 if that is the scenerio...
whether a 16800 or 168000...neither are bringing much money at present. A 16800 matte dial will bring a little more though. 168000's have been found with 9 mil serials but most are Rxxxxxx. see link

it looks alright to me..
they used 16800 casebacks and I have seen quite a few engravings very close to that one.. |
