only one possibly stolen photo,seller claims docs for watch yet shows nothing in listing,also the sellers feedback shows 0 next to their name yet they are 50% positive with neg buyers,one not recieving goods,can feedback be reset to zero???

Looks suspect, seller has poor feedback history - 3 neg and 3 pos = 50% you see.

More pics and better description would help.

I see how feed back works but how can you have a feedback score of zero when you have received both pos and neg feedback.

...you will see 6 transactions, 3 of which are NEGATIVE. Three good, 3 bad-, hence the "0" FB score as they cancel each other out.

...I do NOT know how eBay is letting this guy stay on eBay...should be BANNED...

aaaahh I see,my mistake,I thought the feedback score was based on the number of feedback comments left in total,rather than an average,, thanks for that
