We get started early in the month with:
--National Spaghetti Day on January 4.

Other potential opportunities include:

--National Hot Pastrami Sandwich Day (January 14);
--Chocolate Cake Day (January 27);
--National Blueberry Pancake Day (January 28) and
--National Croissant Day (January 30).

Yu'all can't say I haven't tried to bring you joy in the New Year!
