Seiko Prospex SPB207
Based on the 1968 Diver's 300-meter water resistant watch, the SBP207J1 limited edition was introduced in March of 2021, in honor of Seiko’s 140th Anniversary. The SPB207 features a gorgeous dark emerald green dial, Seiko’s proprietary “super hard” coated stainless steel case, and a polished ceramic bezel insert. These watches have become almost impossible to find at U.S. authorized Seiko dealers.
This particular watch is in as close to new condition as it could possibly be. Despite the bracelet having been sized, there are no signs of wear on the watch, other than the usual marks where the inside of the clasp rests on one bracelet link and a small line where the flip lock intersects the diver's extension shroud. Watch is sized for an approx. 7 inch wrist. Extra links and hardware included. The watch comes with a Seiko warranty card from a U.S. authorized dealer and is dated 6-14-2021. CASE: 42mm diameter, 12.5mm thick, length 48.8mm, stainless steel, proprietary “super hard” coating, brushed and polished, 200m water resistance BEZEL: Stainless steel, coin edge, insert is black polished ceramic DIAL: Dark emerald green CRYSTAL: Sapphire, anti-reflective coated on inside BRACELET: Stainless, 20mm at lugs, flip lock and button lock clasp, diver’s extension at top of clasp (approx. 15mm additional length when deployed) MOVEMENT: Automatic 6R35, manual wind and hacking, 24 jewels, Japan made PACKAGING: Complete (including dark green rubber strap) Asking: $1,450.00 Sales to the United States only.
