PAM 212, 213, or 253? Which is the best?

Which is the best among the 3? $1500 more on the 253 because it's a special edition? Thanks

212

213

253

The waffle dial and blue accented hand of the 253 are visually appealing to me. Limited edition of 500 pieces is a plus as well.

My preference would be 253>212>213

You think think the PAM 212 (current MSRP $11600, 1000 pcs produced) is better than the PAM 213 (current MSRP $14300, 600 pcs produced only) for the same price? Because I'm planning on trading my LNIB PAM 90H & my BNIB V serial Rolex Milgauss for any of the 2 (even trade).

I would think the 213, with the split second hand would be a better watch, then again, I am not too knowledable on the movements in the 212 or 213...

I personally like the cleaner dial of the 212. Here's mine.

i don’t think the 212 is better over the 213, or the 213 less then the 212, main diff is off course the movement and the complication the 212 is off course the flyback and valjoux based, the 213 has the full valjoux movement and a split second function slightly more complicated hence a tat more expensive.

so its what you prefer in the watch the flyback function or a split second.

How about the 286 guys? Or the 270? Which one? Help me decide pls... so right now it's between the 213, 286, 253, 270. Right now I'm leaning towards the 286. You guys think that's the best choice? Thanks for the comments.

I opted for the 212, don't need the split timer on the 213.
You can pick one up pre owned for a reasonable price. New they are expensive.

I think you are giving up too much in that trade IMO.
Look on Risti for the secondary market prices of the 212.

Now I'm confused......hehehe.......I have to take the 212 out of the equation unfortunately because it's $1000 less than my trade value. I have to get something worth around $9000 because that's how much they're buying my 2 watches.

The 270 is on the table? I would be inclined to really look at that one. That's a bit more than 9k though...

Do they have a 233?

I vote as JF23 did above... But, I am with Niels74 on this. Might be too steep on the value of the trade...

Good Luck - You will really enjoy Panerai!
