Two Omega's or one?
Looking at getting a Speed master 3861 and a Seamaster 300m Black dial with bracelet/rubber strap
Either that or NTTD Seamaster? Or maybe a 50th Anniversary Speedmaster second hand? Any reviews? Or any other Omega watches that I might have missed? Not really into the Planet Ocean/Aqua Terra Sent from my Pixel 6 using Tapatalk |

I think the combo of Speedmaster Pro and Seamaster 300 would make a perfect pair of Omega watches

I own a Speedmaster Professional and Seamaster 300M. I think those two are the most emblematic of the brand today. Omega obviously has a deeper bench than just those two models, but if you want to have a good representation this is the place to start.

Speedmaster only. Not a fan of current Omega divers.

I have a speedy pro 1861 and a Smurf 300m on bracelet. Wear them both in rotation love them both. I’d do both. It’s 2 different ends of the spectrum. Think carefully about dial color. Have 2 black dials is tough.I’m glad I got a blue seamaster make it more fun when I trade out.

If you can do, go for it! Hopefully you'll have the chance to see them multiple times in person first. The Speedmaster needs very little consideration, but the two make an excellent watch duo. In your shoes I would certainly get both!

I would go for the NTTD and an AT. Perfect combo. I own the 1861 and a black and Sedna 300. Love them both but I do think there are better combos out there.
BTW, Brian, I tried on that AT this weekend. That strap is killer!!

I don't think the NTTD is worth the retail price.
Go for the 2 watch option instead.

NTTD
This comes from a collector who has Speedy 1861 and 3 Seamasters, blue, white w/ black and NTTD. There is just something about it that makes me reach for it most of the time. |

I own the blue dial 300m and love it, but having spent considerable time fondling the current lineup at the local AD, I would get the no time to die before anything else.
The titanium case and bracelet are something else tho. It comes at a price but there’s no other watch I’ve handled recently that was as unique or as cool. The new speedmasters are also quite lovely and if budget permits, what a killer 2 piece combo that would make. I’d go sapphire sandwich for the sparkle youll get with the polished center links on the bracelet and also the durability of the crystal, to go with the matte finish of the titanium on the NTTD for when you want to be a secret agent license to kill badass haha Have fun on your journey, you can’t go wrong. I love omeeega |

I could try to shake the money tree to extend to a NTTD and a 3861 Speedmaster... But I doubt that will happen.

Can’t go wrong with any combination of a Speedmaster and a SMP 300m IMO!

I love the NTTD but I’d get the Speedy/Seamaster combo every time.

I would go for the two. A speedmaster in either 3861 or 1861 and the 300m are a great two watch combination.

Husband has the new 3861 Speedmaster on bracelet with the hesilite and really likes it a lot. For an omega diver he went with the PO as he found the bezel on the SMP nearly impossible to use and he frequently needs a timer. He claims that his PO is better than any Rolex that he has. Now him seeing the new green dial SMP he’s thinking he could live with the hard to use turning bezel as he really likes that new colour!!
