Oyster bracelet sizing
Hi all, I have a NOS 78790a bracelet (full 13 links. 6 links at 6’o clock and 7 links at 12’o clock). I would like to take 1 link off, from which end should I remove the link? Pin is placed in the 3rd hole of the bracelet clasp (total of 5 holes) I want to make sure the watch and bracelet clasp is centred.
Hope that makes sense. Otherwise, I will try to upload some photos for your reference. Any advice would be wonderful! Thanks trf! |

If you lay the watch flat on your wrist (as if you were wearing it normally), hold it up level, and look at the links hanging vertically past the bottom of your wrist, and the angle at which the clasp is hanging, it should be clear which link(s) should come out.

It appears 12'o clock side is the way to go. If the watch doesn't line up, is my next step to adjust the pin in the clasp area? |
