Good training for them for when they apply for a job at the largest Rolex AD here in the UK.

If you have the time, read the case involving a former AD employee, Suzana Krajisnik, a 'whistleblower'.
I believe you misread my post...I'll try again - many in this thread seem to think it is ok or even right for a Swatch/Omega employee to buy the stock before the store opens. Some (or many) of these same people would consider it a cardinal sin for a Rolex AD employee to do the same....see, I was pointing out a double standard there.

Now, the other part of your reply, do I think this happens? Absolutely! Personally, I think it happens way more frequently than many on TRF. Do I have proof, nope, just speculation.

time on receipt before store opens. No early opening on that day.

If that's not proof, I don't know what is.

Or the time setting is incorrect on the card machine……

This is less of a smoking gun and more of a wet fart.

Apologies Wade...I seem to have mis-understood your post.
Jumping to the (wrong) conclusion, is becoming one of my specialities.

I mostly agree with you Adam.
..but if there are company rules, there should be consequences, for breaching said rules.
(they should be forced to wear a Seiko for a month. Harsh, but fair.)

Wouldn’t that be a reward, rather than a punishment, as I imagine they normally wear plastic Swatches?

This has to be happening right? Doubt swatch monitors the issue internally or even has policies written for something that’s never been a problem before.

That's what I was thinking actually!

I think I'd prefer a Seiko to a Moonswatch.

I was being playful Kat, I'm aware that Adam is quite fond of his Seiko's.
