Five. Meteorite 126719BLRO, Daytona Platinum (Either) 116506, Datejust 41mm Mint green dial WG fluted bezel Jubilee 126334 (apparently everyone wants this one), Day-Date Platinum 228236, GMT-Master II 126720VTNR Jubilee.

I’m not holding my breath for any of these and happy to wait years if need be but have as good a chance as any with a decent relationship and solid buying history. I’m pretty content with the ones I’ve got tbh so threw in a few heavy hitters that i like, why not - anything is a bonus.

They are nice , and i have developed a nice relationship with SA,very helpful. I explained that that PM models are out my reach from the start and that i am mostly interested in SS models. Tbh,if get a piece a year i am happy. Aint pushing for them too much ,occasional call and a visit. I dont wanna go grey simple for the fact 1 - i like the expirience i get when buying whatches from AD. I dont want to receive a watch in mail that represents something for me( nothing wrong with it , its just not my thing) . I like creating memories . Im also not into online shopping too, i like trying on sneakers and stuf. 2nd reason is that i am cheap af , lol

I only ask for one watch at a time. Putting all my stock in one at a time makes me think long and hard picking the right one for my collection. Next step, wait patiently

Sub no-date. Since January.

Last purchase was 10 years ago, with plenty of choices in stock.

1 Rolex: new AK
1 Tudor: BB Chrono panda. I’ve been waiting on that one almost a year.

This question presumes that "lists" are such a thing. Im currently in 76 lists in 15 states for a BLNR.

For how many watches are you listed at AD ?

Two watches:

116518 Newman dial
126000 Candy Pink

The latter sounds promising. The Daytona I may never get. Already 1.5 years waiting and candy pink since release.

I’ve had the best luck when I ask for one specific model and I politely remind them in person and via text. My AD doesn’t write anything down. When something comes in they try to remember who it was that asked about it. If I’m consistent they seem to remember.

As soon as I mention two different watches I never seem to get the call.

So true! I never bother asking about the hottest watches. I’m on the list for a polar Explorer II at the moment.

Last time I was in I had to wait for a guy from out of town passing through try to casually inquire about a blue dial Sky Dweller, then a white or black Daytona, then a Pepsi. The owner and I had a good laugh about it after he left.

I was on the list for about a year and a half for a white daytona, added the new DD40 YG Green Roman dial and the daytona “came in” 3 days later

I am currently at number 3 , applied for 126900 yesterday , love it . The other 2 are 126300(6 moths ago) slate and 126610LV (3 years) ago . I recently got BLRO from y AD ,and he let me know that everything that i ordered i will receive , but its a matter of time .
Im not a big spender on other stuff , so its kinda okay for me to wait .
I've only ever asked for one watch at a time (and very specific iterations/configurations).
