Factory Service Booklet 0811 vs 096 ?

Anyone know the difference between the factory service booklets with codes 0811 vs 096?

What does the code refer too and what year roughly do these codes correspond to? Both have an image of a 4130 movement which dates them in the 2000s for sure but not about anything else.

For reference, this is the bronze/gold looking vertical rectangle one.

Could be the printing date, or a code for the location of the printer (presuming Rolex uses more than one).

I was thinking maybe a date but then what would 096 refer too?
