Incoming, waited 3 years for this...
Congratulations!
Perhaps you might be good enough to share the backstory as to how/when you started the relationship with this AD. I think fair few of us may imagine it’s impossible to achieve such a collection and enlightening us may give mere mortals some hope… |

Go figure. You waited three years and I just finally took the stickers off of mine after three years. Wear it well.

Relationship was a lucky one. I used to own 12 watches, more than 6 Rolex including the 116520 but sold all bit a couple back in 2015 to fund a major house purchase and renovations.
Once I'd recovered from financial purgatory having spent more than twice the budget, I was in the sad position of realising that all my watches had almost doubled from what I'd sold them for. I had all but given hope in getting them back but a chance saunter in to my AD in Jan 2019 started the journey with a 116655 and soon after got the LV that I badly wanted. Then I purchased a DJ £14k for my missus in April of that year and at that point said I would like the trio of BLRO, SkyD and Daytona. The BLRO came in Sept of 2019 to cap a great year. 2020 was slim, was offered a SD43 but turned it down as wears too large then in November was offered the SkyD. Yippee. 2020 ended well! Cue, 2021 and in March I picked up the RG GMT and in June of that year the WG Daytona, no steel for me in 2021 but I started a Patek relationship and bought a 5960g, then 5 months later was offered a Nautilua 5726 on a strap and later in the year my wife was offered a Nautilus 7118, thus endeth an epic 2021. Turned 40 in December hoped for the Daytona perhaps I was being overly optimistic. So far in 2022, I have received a GS Suwa, Nautilus 7010R and the Daytona. Let's see what else 2022 brings but exciting times and I count myself very VERY fortunate. TG! |

Congratulation! It's well worth the wait and a great piece to add to your already awesome collection.
