A '72 1625. Never had a Turn-O-Graph though I've always admired them in the pictures. Really excited at getting this one.

Congrats. My first Rolex was a vintage two-tone Turn-O-Graph on a Jubilee.

Thank you. I am expecting that I'll give it a full overhaul in my workshop unless it really is in tip-top shape. But otherwise just looking forward to giving it some wrist time. Might look into a strap though to take it down a notch on the Liberace scale. But then again, that's one hell of the dial, so the tt jubilee might pair very well.

Thanks. I'll be sure to post some better pictures once it's here, which should be early next week.

Funny thing is I allocated some funds for the new Black Bat Pro but given that no one knows when they'll start to come in, I decided to get this in the meantime. Sure enough, this morning the AD called me saying they can now take deposits for the Pro. Might just have to keep both if I really like this one.

I've found the rotating bezel on my T-O-G to be very useful for timing parking meters, waypoints, and steaks on the grill. Great choice; love the engine turned gold bezel

Speaking of waypoints, my son and I enjoy getting out to O'hare to plane watch so I'll have to take the watch with me there. But in the meantime, I'll have to celebrate the acquisition with a filet mignon ... or a good burger will do also.
