I really don't think I could ever wear that watch, or a watch like it, regardless of my financial status. I just would not feel comfortable at all having something like that on my wrist. However, to each his own I say.

Having said that, my personal opinion on the watch is that although it is thoroughly encrusted with precious stones, and it would certainly be an "investment", Rolex really went down several class points by introducing such a watch to the market.

But again I say, that is merely my opinion. I still LOVE Rolex watches, and will hopefully be getting one very soon!! (not the "Ice"!! LOL)

I wonder how long (years?) it takes to sell a watch like that?

You have to know I have better taste than that!

There is a VERY big line between refined elegance, a classy timepiece... and... THAT.

Hi guys , after seeing some of the reactions on the price tag , I went back to have a look at it : I saw the website where they mention the watch and posted the picture, the watch was or still is at Harrods but now looking closer at the picture it shows nearly 4 million where I initially read it as around 400.000 , which is still daft for a GMT( although I love the new GMT)
So obviously the price tag should not be in GBP , then again with Harrods one never knows. Don't forget with watches prices can go crazy , the Franck Muller Evolution 2 comes with a leather strap , not one single diamond but has a 1.9 million euro price tag on it.
