I though I was on my way to establishing a pretty good relationship with them ( 6 watches 2019 & 2020). Pepsi arrived at the beginning of COVID with Mayors on the card ( assume they were terrified of a cash flow issue).
Radio silence for the past year, so I texted my SA a week or so ago. No response ( and they are still employed).
Eff them. Shittiest customer service as an operation. Happy to work with my other AD who delivers.

I agree - really the worse AD I ever dealed with.
