When I got my BLRO my SA did the same thing, suggested I come by but wouldn’t tell me why. I was extremely busy and told him I’m happy to come for a watch but it’s hard to get away for any other reason. He followed up with, “I strongly suggest you stop by”. So I replied “ok I’m on my way.”

I did get a watch I wanted for many years, but I am not going to lie, it was frustrating. Feels weird to buy a luxury item and not have your time respected.

Awesome! The perfect combo imho, modern sub and 36mm exp.

I have a 124060 and picked up a 124270 about a month or so ago, 36mm is a fab size but takes some getting used to if you've been wearing a sub for any decent amount of time. However after a while I really started to appreciate the differences and would be hard pressed to decide which one to get rid of if forced to. I've also had a 39mm explorer and the 36mm is so much better imo.
