Got mine from an AD through one of my uber rich friends who only wears precious metal, so he didn't mind asking for it for me and passing it on at cost (MSRP+tax). He has bought gold watches and jewelry at this store for 20 years. I never stepped foot inside. As a side note, I got my Pepsi 2 months later from another (different) wealthy friend of mine from a different AD at MSRP also. Same deal, friend only wears PM, so he also didn't mind bugging his AD for the Pepsi for me. He has the gold one with the blue dial, mine is the regular one. Moral of the story, Get better friends!!! LOL. I'm the poor one of the group!

I got mine from an AD. Previous purchase history included dj41, dj31, green sub, SD43. All were purchased between the end of 2017 and July of 2020 (when I received my Daytona).

A few small pieces of jewelry were also purchased but not worth very much.

Because we are WIS and a freaking crazy bunch - as a whole.

IRL the data would probably show a higher acquisition rate at AD.

Also, 100% of Daytona first comes from AD.

Edit, mine came from AD after about a 18-20 month wait. It was my first Rolex from them after about two Tudors.
Very valid point

Thanks to all for replies, actually some great insights here.
