Who knows, funny thing is another guy was there picking up his ceramic Kermit while I was there too. The AD must have gotten a Sub shipment in the past few days.

I don’t think there is, it definitely seems just like previous Sub crystals I’ve encountered. The angle of the photo minimized any reflection.

Bought a new Datejust a few weeks ago from my AD and mentioned to the SA that I'd be interested in a Submariner at some point. Fast forward two weeks and she emails me to let me know she has one in the safe with my name on it if I want it!

She brought it out today and I was the first person to ever try it on and man, what an absolute beauty! The hype around SS sports models is totally understandable, the wrist presence is something else.

I will say that the 41mm case feels exactly like my 40mm 114060 Sub did but the bracelet definitely looks wider. I personally like it and thing it definitely makes the watch look more substantial.

Congrats on your new addition. Funny how things work out! Enjoy

Agreed. I didn't think the slimmer lugs were a huge deal initially but now looking at photos of the bigger lugged maxi cases I'm starting to think they loo too blocky.

I was invited to meet my SA today. She showed me and let me try all the new releases.

At the end, I picked 126610LN and 126610LV, very happy.

What DJ did you buy to get them to sell you a sub in 2 weeks?
