Panerai PAM00212 J Luminor 1950 Flyback Chronograph Box & Papers PAM212 44mm

For sale is a very good condtion 44mm stainless steel Panerai Luminor 1950 Flyback Chronograph. The J serial PAM00212 was originally purchased from an US AD, and is accompanied by its original boxes and papers. The box and papers set consists of: a black outer box, a wooden inner box, the original warranty card, a serialized COSC certificate, serialized hang tags, two instruction booklets, a strap changing tool, and extra strap tubes.

The Panerai features a brushed steel case, which is accented by a fixed smooth polished steel bezel. The Luminor is mounted on an OEM black rubber strap, which is secured by an OEM push button butterfly deployant clasp. The Luminor features a black dial with luminous hour markers and black luminous hands. There are also two sub dial registers with the 3 o’clock sub dial serving as a minute counter for the flyback chronograph, while the 9 o’clock sub dial displays the running seconds.

The movement used in the PAM212 is the Panerai Caliber OPXIX, which features a power reserve of approximately 42 hours, and is proudly displayed through a transparent exhibition caseback. The movement is running well, and passed an accuracy test before listing.

The Luminor has been preserved well with the only signs of previous wear being some surface level hairline scratches on the case’s high polish accents, and faint marks on the crystals AR coating. The OEM strap has plenty of use life left, with the only sign of previous wearing being some light surface level hairline scratches on the clasp from desk diving. Overall the Panerai is in very good condition, passed both an accuracy test and pressure test prior to listing, and is an honest example of a previously enjoyed Luminor 1950 Flyback.
