Congrats OP! That's a very nice 1st

FWIW my AD was the same way after I brought in my recent grey purchase. "Whoa.... you should have told me! I would have helped you get that!!"

AD SAs are sooooo full of crap. They'll say anything.

Reality: The store owner & manager make the rules.
- There are no lists of any kind
- Priority order: Greys, Whales, Flippers, Regular Folk, Casual shoppers

Am I wrong, or are all ADs required to do things like bracelet adjustments gratis? I was under the impression they were. Or maybe it’s just standard practice to generate more business.
For some reason I thought it was part and parcel or the “Rolex experience”

Great choice. The blue dial plus smooth bezel combined with oyster bracelet makes it look classic! Congrats…

This is what I thought as well so if they would have said no I would have been sitting there scratching my head on what to do!

As long as the watch is a real Rolex. Authorized ADs are supposed to adjust links free of charge. One of the perks of buying a Rolex. To have the vast dealer network at your disposal.

(that is what I was told by my AD)
