A Little Excited.

Spoke to my AD yesterday and she assured me that when Rolex releases the display watches the Yachtmaster is all mine! Oh yea!

I'd wait until it's on your wrist before celebrating. The next thing they will say is it will come off display sooner if you buy some other crap you don't need

I was in my AD yesterday. Their exhibition pieces haven’t rotated since they went in in February and my SA said they don’t expect they will sell theirs when replacements arrive. Rolex has expressed i threat in them coming back…these are actual working watches mind you. He also doesn’t expect that rotation to occur until January/February 2023

Do you have to pay full retail for a watch that has been ham-fisted by God know how many people?

Do you get a discount for a ex-display piece?

Very cool piece, but I hope you're not getting the one in the picture. That bezel looks like it's been badly polished, the sanblasted recessed area is shot. It would need to be refinished by the RSC.

Not trying to rain on your parade but that bezel is a scratch magnet, I traded mine for that reason. My point is pay close attention to condition of the bezel before purchasing the floor model.

I imagine this is a pic from the internet as that bezel has been poorly refinished.

Good luck op hope you don’t wait too long they like to dangle a carrot
