DIFC is near Dubai Mall, they had a few grey dealers there like WatchBox.

I've bought from Momentum - Tariq is a great guy.

To the OP, there are a few others who I haven't dealt with myself but I know people who have. Timepiece 360 (Gold and Diamond Park) and Haute Horologe in The Mall near to Jumeirah Beach Hotel.

Don't be expecting any deals. Grey dealers here still have their heads in the clouds.
