Does this 5512 look real?

Maybe it's not fair to tell if it's real based on photos, maybe not? 12k a fair price?

Description:

"Selling an excellent condition 1959 Rolex Submariner, watch only. This 5512 features pointed crown guards and a caliber 1530 movement. The watch has service replacement dial, hands and bezel insert, and has been professionally polished and brought back to life. No service history, but the watch has been pressure tested (to 1 ATM) and keeps good time.

This is for someone who wants to wear a classic, first-year 5512 vintage submariner as a daily driver. Or for someone who wants to wear a vintage sub in the way it felt almost 70 years ago - with good lume and a clean case. The luminova dial and handset are very bright and practical for low light conditions.

Also including three straps: a premium quality grey NATO, a grey leather strap and a brown leather strap.

The caseback is stamped: 5512 III 59"

I mean. It seems to be accurately described.

All the parts that make a vintage watch... well vintage.

Have been replaced.

Pressure tested to 1 ATM... That is not much at all. It might be badly corroded around the case back.

That's literally nothing :-) 1 ATM is just the air we breathe... This just means that the watch is not water resistant at all and that it was not pressure tested.

One ATM is surface to 33 feet, 2 atm starts at 33- 66, 3 atm 66-100. So maybe it's water proof- but that's not Rolex standard.

I imagine it was a typo, and the seller meant 10ATM, as that is a relatively common standard for a dry test.
