Is service + polish every 10 years in RSC safe for the watch?

I mean if the watch is Service directly by RSC every 10 years and get polish as the same time of the service will it safe and keep the sharp shape ? Because I think Rolex know exactly how to polish the watch and still retain it beauty aren't they ?

Rolex are probably the best service provider on a global basis, with very few exceptions for refurbishing a watch and servicing.
As to polishing and service frequency. One can opt to not polish depending on how bad the watch looks and we must keep in mind that they can't always perform miracles but a compromise can always be met(up to a point).

Servicing at 10 years may or may not be possible.
The latest movements are becoming notorious for poor performance over the long term with some grinding themselves to dust on some parts of the movement well within the warranty period. Some watches with certain movements have reportedly been back to Rolex 3 times within warranty for the same deteriorating issue with currently no known remedy for it
So in theory, a 10 year service interval may be a fanciful notion for some owners of the newer movements just as it is for myself simply due to wearing habits.
Rolex themselves place a caveat around wearing habits on the recommended 10 year service interval.
A service may be at a minimum of around 5 to 5.5 years up to >20 years for an older series movement.
The newer movements may require a service every 1.5 to 2 years at this point in time from what we know generally from feedback of owners and industry insiders.

In summary, a service interval is a bit like asking "How long is a piece of string?"

Well today there is a anti polish syndrome dont know why, with todays mainly pampered watches as long as polish is done at normal routine service at a RSC no problem which now is every 5 -10 years depending on use.Below picture of my own working tool watch SD this was well used and sometimes abused for many years underwater. And have been serviced and polished by 3 different RSC world wide now over 23 years old still looking good today. And agree with Eddie some on forum take every opportunity to slag off the newer movements on forum. But in the real world considering how hard to get Rolex watches today, and expect now there must be 2 million plus newer movements in this world there must be many happy new movement watch owners.

Myself been learning about the history of the RWC for well over 50 years, and wearing and enjoying wearing Rolex watches almost daily over those years. And all information supplied from my own 79 year old brain power, without the aid of loupes, nicknames, timegraphers, alignment points, protective film,AD relationship building, investment £$€ stuff, special cleaning cloths, phone apps, and the rest of todays Rolex watch toys.

If your watch is running well you don’t need to service it. Polishing your watch means removing material from the case and it won’t be as sharp as factory. People who love polishing their watches are people that are not very knowledgeable and prefers an over polished not sharp watch but with no scratches compared to a very sharp one never polished. I personally never ever polish my watch.

I don't think there's a hard and fast rule to servicing or polishing.

Personally I'm of the opinion that all the time a watch is keeping good time, it doesn't need a service. Likewise the odd minor scuff or swirlie through normal wear doesn't require a full case polish every time it occurs. I'm not anti-polish, but likewise I certainly don't advocate chasing down every single hairline scratch. I'm sensible with how and where I wear my watches, but even though I don't abuse them at all, just general use will cause some wear and tear; it's just a fact of life. If a watch looks a bit scruffy (IMO) at service time every 10 years or so, then a light polish by Rolex is absolutely fine IMO. But cracking open the Cape Cods twice a week is a very bad idea.

Like most things in life, common sense should be applied and prevail.
